We believe in providing feed which results in best value for money. This means using tried and tested formulas, high quality ingredients, consultation with a qualified/experienced nutritionist and listening to customers' needs.
Our Stockfeed
To complement your feeding situation, Young Country produces any of its feeds into a loose mix ration.
Our high grain based rations are designed to give excellent performance. As grains fluctuate with seasonal conditions, you can rely on Young Country to provide consistent high quality feed all year round.
Custom Rations
We believe we have rations available to cover all situations, however we are happy to help customers develop their own. A nutritionist is available to formulate custom rations as required.
Other Products Available
Young Country also manufacture other feeds such as Weaner, Heifer and Goat Rations. We also sell and deliver grains and supplements such as barley, wheat, corn, sorghum, cotton seed meal and soy bean meal.
Young Country own and operate their own transport equipment for the delivery of stockfeed and transport of bulk grain.
To ensure feed is delivered when customers require Young Country operates three stockfeed delivery bins. Our stockfeed bins have been manufactured to specifications that allow for a variety of stockfeed delivered to one or several locations through the use of compartments.
Anywhere between two and thirty-six tonne can be delivered at one time (depending upon which configuration is used). When ordering larger tonnages customers can take advantage of different freight rates. Freight breaks are 2-5 t rate; 6-11 t rate; 12-18 t rate; and 24 t plus rate.
Basic Fatigue Management and Mass Management have been implemented allowing the drivers to meet customers’ needs in a safe manner.
Young Country also provides a freight service for tipper work in either Road-Train, B-Double or Single configurations.
